[31 Aug 2004|09:28pm] I went to a christening on Sunday. Two of my cousins had baby girls, within a couple of days of eachother! So they would be my second cousins?? second cousin twice removed?? I don't know how all that works!! lol But it's the first time I've been to church in god knows how many years (excuse the pun)...and to be honest I didn't actually find it that bad. The minister is really good at speaking..and his voice just knid of touches you...i actually found myself getting a bit emotional at times...but his could be the result of PMT!! lol Anyhoo, after the service we went back to my cousins house where she had gone to a lot of trouble of setting up a huge tent thingy...I've forgotten the correct name for it... She had lots of food and it was great just catching up with my family. Baby becky is soo cute..and everyone keeps on saying to me aww your so good with her...u have the nack..and then my mum would butt in and say..it would be good to have some grandchildren!! I bloody hope she was joking...I do like babies and I am really good with them...but as soon as they cry, I'm like  " right"..*franticly looking round for one of her parents* I've said this before... and I will say this again...I am sooooo not getting married untill I'm like 30...and I'm certainly not gonna have kids before I'm  35.  A few of my friends have gotten married and some have babies at the age of 22 but I'm like "screw that for a laugh" I don't want to grow up yet and have the responsibilty of another *little* person who depends on you for everything. I don't even want another man right now! I think I'm going through a selfish phase at the momment! boo! [31 Aug 2004|09:05pm] [ mood | drained ] God..i feel like hell today... I got up this morning at my normal time...6:55.way too early for my liking...had a shower. I was just about to go out the door to go to work, when I had to run to the loo and be sick! Yuk.. I hate being sick! So long story short..I had a day off work today. I might even have tomorrow off too coz I still don't feel right. I phoned my mum and she came round to see me...but then she started tidying up and doing housework. That really frustrates me..coz I feel like she shouldn't be doing it (even though she says that she doesn't mind) But I just can't relax when there's someone in my house doing the things that I should be doing.....I don't know, I cant explain it ..but it really irritates me. But I know she means well. Anyway..my mum left to go to the gym and  I went back to bed...looking very green....I was woken by the door bell...my first instinct was to just leave it coz I couldn't be bothered entertaining anyone...yes I am selfish sometimes.... but I decided to get the door. I was soooo glad that I did coz it was the new Will and Grace book that I had ordered! It wasn't suppost to arrive untill the middle of september....so that cheered me up a lot!   Yey I'm gonna go read it now! ta ta!!   1 comment|Make me smile

I am such an idiot... [22 Aug 2004|07:47pm] All this weekend my head has been up my ass...I don't had a clue what the hell was wrong with me. On Saturday night me and my friend Gem decided to go out clubbing...I love spontinuity...it was like 9pm...and we're like....I feel like getting wrecked...so we did! So we phoned a taxi at 11:30pm...and it was the usual dron voice on the end of the line..."where u going...whats the name..bladdy blah" Honestly these folk on the end of the phone sound like there in pain all the time...u can tell that what they really want to say is..."feck off...I don't wanna hear about where ur going tonight...coz I'm stuck at the end of a phone line all night...and I'm really not interested...feckin walk to wherever ur going and don't bother me ever again!" Anyhoo, the taxi arrived really quickly...and this is NOT normal...so i was like "shit" coz i didn't have my purse and keys sorted out. I asked Gem if she would take my house key off of my bunch of keys...and she toook it off and said...is this the only key we need to get in?...I was like yeap.....and off we went! Please note that I need TWO keys to get in my house...and I only took one with me...doh! Anyway, so we went out..got to the door of the club...go ID'd...( Inever get ID'd)...and went to put our jackets in. Now Gem didn't have a wallet..so she was like could u hold on to my ticket? I responded in a really sarcastic voice.."we'll I'll not be responsible if I loose it!" ( I have a reputation of NEVER loosing things when I'm out) So the night comes to an end ...and iwent to get the jackets...and what's missing??? yes...Gems jacket ticket...I was like ..shite! so we had o wait till the end untill we could get it...therefore missing the opportunity of getting as taxi home. I've never appologises sooo much in my life..but this wasn't the worst part! So we walk home..and we're absolutely blootered... I get to my front door...put the one  key in the door and turn it....then I'm like...shit...."I've forgotten to bring the yale key for the top lock" So at 4 in the morning..we are going around all the windows..to see if any are open...and of course all of them are closed except one at my bedroom, which measures about half a meter in length and quarter meter in height and it's way up the top! I was like shit what will we do?.....we didn't have a mobile phone or anything...and worst off all i was needing a pee reallllly badly! lol So I run across the road to the phone box and phone my mum..........and she was NOT amused that I had woken he up at 4am! The plan was...to get a taxi to my parents house and to collect the spare set of keys and then come back home again. THAT WAS THE PLAN. Now Gem is really small....am talking she's under 5 foot..and shes like...I could get in that window if u give me a boost up! So i first of all give her a boost up to the window ledge...then i climb up....then i give her a boost and up she goes through this tiny window...we we're pishin ourselves laughing. She had the top half of her body through the window and her legs dangling on the outside..with her ass on display for all to see!! lol I don't know how she managed it..but she swung her tiny body through this wee window and fell in a heep on my bedroom floor...don't worry the drink broke her fall...she was not hurt! We wer in histerics..it was sooo funny. Well that's one more thing that we can put on out CV...................BREAKING AND ENTERING!! 4 comments|Make me smile
